STRATUM 2008 RIESLING

Analysis at Harvest
20.5-21.5 Brix
7.5-9.0 g/l TA
3.20-3.30 pH

Winemakers Notes
The Stratum 2008 Riesling is sourced from our Stirling and Georges Road vineyards in Waipara, North Canterbury.
The fruit was machine harvested in excellent condition in late April, 2008. Following a light pressing of the fruit, the juice was fermented under cool conditions for 21 days. After three months extended lees contact the wine was lightly fined, filtered and bottled.
The 2008 Stratum Riesling is fresh and lively with an off dry finish. This is a wine with abundant floral and citrus aromas that can be enjoyed on most occasions over the next three years.

Analysis at Bottling

11.0% Alcohol
22 g/l Residual Sugar
7.2 g/l TA
3.10 pH
