Winemakers Notes

The Stratum 2005 is a blend of Hawke’s Bay Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and Canterbury Pinot Noir.

The Stratum Cabernet Merlot/Pinot Noir displays blackcurrant and ripe berry fruit aromas supported with a gentle touch of oak. The palate is rich and full bodied with a soft, round finish.
