Stratum 2010 Riesling
Winemakers Notes
The Stratum 2010 Riesling is sourced from our Stirling and Georges Road vineyards in Waipara, North Canterbury.The fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the morning in late April, 2009.
Following a light pressing of the fruit, the juice was fermented under cool conditions for 21 days. After three months extended lees contact the wine was lightly fined, filtered and bottled.
The Stratum 2010 Riesling is intensely aromatic with hints of lemon, limes and florals. The palate is rich and full with a balanced medium finish.
