Winemakers Notes

The Stratum Merlot/Pinot Noir/Pinotage is carefully blended from selected vineyards in New Zealand.

The proportions are 60% Gisborne Merlot, 20% Canterbury Pinot Noir and 20% Marlborough Pinotage.

The Stratum Merlot/Pinot Noir/Pinotage displays rich red berry fruit with hints of chocolate and spicy oak on the nose. The palate is full bodied with a soft rounded finish.
