GLASNEVIN

The Glasnevin vineyard is on the southeast side of the Waipara Valley. The 23-acre block is on a flat situation and is planted in equal portions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Our Methodé Traditionelle wine, Laverique is made every second year from the fruit from this vineyard. The Pinot Noir on this vineyard is all the same clone, 10/5 which has been the backbone of the New Zealand Pinot Noir industry for the last 30 years.
